Its now Thursday..
So far Tank is LOVING his new room
Not much has happened since we moved in, just unpacking getting groceries and necessities.
Tank and I go for walks 3 tines a day and he has been so good since. No accidents in the apartment (knock on wood) and tells me when he needs to go. He already has his designated potty spot in the grass area near our apartment.
I think everytime we go for a walk Tank makes 3 new friends. He loves it!
The other day Tank and I were hanging out in my room and for 15 minutes he kept chomping and smacking and I couldn’t figure out what he was eating. I went over to open his mouth and a piece of gum fell out! I guess he took it literally when I said his breath smelt!
That happened three times. I had to hide my gum better.
We had one incident where I had left Tank alone for 10 hours, wasn’t by choice, and when I came back the litter box was EVERY where, my hamper was knocked over and he ate my toilet paper!
He learned his lesson and hasn’t been bad since… thank the lord.
I went to pet smart and got him some toys to keep him busy.
One is an actual pig, that is crinkly and squeaks (don’t worry no bacon flavor) that one is his favorite though
He has another toy that is called a “buzzy ball”. It’s a ball with a few holes in it and I put some dog peanut butter in it and it keeps him busy for an hour or so. But he gets mad when you try to move it or pick it up, that’s his favorite messy toy.
But honestly I’ve been such a proud mommy. He’s behaved so well. He stands at the door yelling for me when he has to go to the bathroom
One thing I thought he’d hate is the rain… but he doesn’t care! It’s great! Because it rains… everyday.. I love it! We moved to Florida and a bad time though, with the hurricane coming were expected to have some bad storms.
That’s my truck sitting in the rain.
During this week we went to get my license and register my truck. I’m so glad we did… my picture may look terrible but I got the license plate I wanted for Luke (the truck)! And because I’m in a new state and needed florida insurance my parents signed my truck over to me. It’s making me feel more adult everyday 😂
After all the shopping and unpacking my great aunt, my mom and I got out nails done! Well needed!
We are relaxing and hanging out now! We’re actually on our way to the beach!
I pray all goes well and Tank enjoys it. It’s his first time!
On our way we stopped by my other great aunt and uncles, Richard and Sue, they live out on a farm and it’s amazing! But telling a farmer that slaughters pigs, that your pig sleeps in your bed and you put lotion on him.. almost made hime passout! Haha!
I am hoping to be able to go out boar, deer, and squirrel hunting with their family!
They also have cows that come up and lick your fingers and take treats
On our way back we ran into a heard of turkeys crossing the road!
